5. Registration for the Conference

[Centenary Conference of Govt. College of Teacher Education, Trivandrum]
Registration Fee
The registration fee includes :
•Entry to all sessions and receptions
•Morning and afternoon refreshments
•Lunch

Registration Fee (before 07 June 2010)

MEd. students Rs. 250/-
Research scholars Rs. 350/-
Others including Teacher educators Rs. 550/-

Registration fee (at the venue)

MEd. students Rs. 300/-
Research scholars Rs. 400/-
Others including Teacher educators Rs. 600/-

Registration for the Conference

To register for the conference you should send a completed Registration Form. Each registration must be on a separate form. Registration Forms may be photocopied. Please print or type all information. On receipt of a completed Registration Form and payment you will be sent an acknowledgement with a registration number. This should be presented at the Registration Desk when you arrive at the conference.


Payment

Full payment is required to register and must be made by Bank Draft (of a nationalized bank) in favour of Principal, Govt. CTE, Thiruvananthapuram.
Registration forms will not be processed without accompanying payments. Conference registration does not guarantee hotel accommodation. Paper/ Poster presenters must also register for the conference and in accordance with general practice at international conferences pay the registration fee.

Refund Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable. However, in special cases, transfer of registration to an alternate name may be permitted.
